Our House Support is delighted to announce a Supported Independent Living (SIL) vacancy for a female participant within a warm and inclusive 1:3 household in the Newcastle and Lake Macquarie region.

Located in a quiet and convenient estate, this beautifully maintained four-bedroom, two-bathroom home features:

• Two spacious living rooms and open-plan living areas designed for connection and relaxation.

• A modern kitchen ideal for shared meals and skill-building activities.

• A flat, fully accessible single-level layout for ease and safety.

• A lovely outdoor entertaining area and garden space perfect for enjoying the sunshine or catching up with family and friends.

• Close proximity to public transport, local parks, shopping centres, and community facilities.

  
  

Currently, two female residents live in the home, both receiving 1:3 SIL supports, and there is one vacancy available for a compatible female participant. The home maintains a calm, friendly, and supportive atmosphere that values respect, independence, and choice.

🤝 Supports Provided

Our House Support provides 24/7 tailored assistance, including an inactive sleepover shift overnight to ensure peace of mind and consistent, person-centred care. Supports include:

• Daily living assistance (personal care, meal preparation, household tasks).

• Community access and social participation.

• Medication administration and health support.

• Positive Behaviour Support implementation and ongoing skills development.

All supports are delivered in line with the NDIS Practice Standards to promote safety, dignity, and independence.
